SaaS LICENCE
Our SaaS is billed after the end of each billing cycle. You have the choice to unsubscribe at the end of each billing cycle without paying the outstanding amount.
Refunds are thus not required as you have not paid in advance. If you choose to cancel the subscription you and associated users for your account will no longer be able to use the service.
You also have the option to dispute the billed amount during which time we suspend the subscription temporarily. If we decide in our favor you have the option to suspend your subscription permanently without owing the outstanding balance. If we decide in your favor we will reinstate the subscription.
