REFUND POLICY
When paying for invoices you must first review and accept our refund policy which will be found on the invoice.

All content included on an app, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Qtech International, or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may freely copy output and distribute it without restrictions provided it is for your registered companies use. Otherwise you can still copy and distribute the output as long as you acknowledge BIS.Net Analyst. The BIS.Net Analyst logo at the bottom of emails that can be sent with the BIS.Net Apps is enough acknowledgement on these emails. You may copy documentation from our Knowledge-Center provided you acknowledge BIS.Net Analyst. You may forward links to the Knowledge Center and any relevant article.
TRADE MARKS
Qtech International’s and its subsidiaries trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Qtech International’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Qtech International. All other trademarks not owned by Qtech International or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Qtech International Pty Ltd or its subsidiaries.
YOUR REGISTERED ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, ensuring not to leave your Credit Card details exposed when paying for invoices. You are responsible for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Should your credentials be stolen it is your responsibility to advise us immediately. Although we will immediately respond to barring use of the compromised credentials, we are not responsible for damages caused by someone using your credentials.
Qtech International and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, in their sole discretion.
USE OF CREDIT CARD
We do not store your credit card details on our severs and hence accept no liability through fraudulent use of your credit cards.

However, Qtech International Pty Ltd does not warrant that service descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
